taking advantage of the massive, secure bike storage room we have
For those who choose to bring their car to college, we have spaces available for lease in our underground parking garage. Requests for parking spaces at Rise at Riverfront Crossings are granted on a first-come, first-served basis, so contact us to ask about reserving your spot.
We take pride in our 24/7 commitment to our residents. From our professional management staff and friendly student representatives to our licensed maintenance team, we will always have someone available to assist your student. Most maintenance requests are free of charge, and we aim to complete work orders as quickly as possible after receiving notification. Residents can easily submit a maintenance request using the online resident portal or by calling the leasing office during regular office hours. We will also have on-call community assistants to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
Our simple application and leasing process is tailored to
today’s savvy student and parent. The entire process can be done in
the office or online. Each resident who applies must pass a
background check. If an applicant doesn’t qualify for the credit
portion of the application, a guarantor (usually a parent) will
need to sign a Guaranty Agreement.
Our leases are by-the-bed, which means that all residents are individually responsible for his or her own payment. By designing the leasing process this way, we promote a safe and responsible community for residents and their family. For students who are new to Iowa City or who don’t have roommates already chosen, we can help introduce potential roommates using our highly successful roommate matching questionnaire.
